Please arrive with clean, makeup free lashes. Avoid caffeine beforehand, as it can cause eye fluttering. Come ready to relax this is your luxury experience.
Classy sets typically take 2–3 hours depending on the style. Resets range from 1–2 hours based on lash retention.
Get plenty of rest, avoid oily products around the eyes, and do not wear contact lenses during your appointment if possible.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total.
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee and may require full payment for future bookings.
Refills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and require at least 40% of lashes remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set.
Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours. Cleanse your lashes daily with our classy cleanser and avoid oil-based products to maintain retention.
When applied properly and cared for correctly, lash extensions do not damage your natural lashes. Your lash health is always a top priority at Classy Lash Studio.
Yes, but avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara. Keep makeup minimal around the eyes for best retention.
If you have sensitive eyes or a history of allergies, please book a patch test prior to your appointment. Your safety and comfort come first.
Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
To maintain a peaceful, luxury environment, no extra guests are allowed unless previously approved.
